Our goal is to deliver 500 school kits and supplies for our 3 projects: Kaxan Naat, Club 3:16 and RCD Foundation House
Kaxan Na’at
Rural school (“Looking for Knowledge” in the Mayan language) with a capacity for 60 students from preschool to junior high school.
We are currently carrying out our “Healthy Child” program which adopts a comprehensive approach that recognizes the interrelationship between the physical, mental and emotional health of children. We believe that addressing these areas together is essential to promote optimal development and school retention.
Club 3:16
Serving to 28 children in the afternoons from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm from the Santa Martha, San Antonio, Tres Reyes, Avante and El Milagro communities; being a safe space for the children and in turn, improve their school performance and affiliate them with the “La Aldea” community center, counteracting the educational deficiencies they may have.
Casa Fundación
Offering a safe space for the children who are part of our program “Tejedoras de sueños” (Weavers of Dreams) and the Petén in Playa del Carmen, so that they can perform their tasks and activities while their families work.
Public schools
Schools located in the area of Puerto Aventuras and allies of the RCD Foundation, to deliver material for the start of classes.
